TERMS AND CONDITIONS

JESI v.o.s. – effective from 1 January 2026

I. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&Cs") are issued pursuant to Section 1751 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.

(hereinafter "Seller")

These T&Cs govern the rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer, being a natural or legal person entering into a purchase contract through the online shop www.jesi-model.cz, whether as a consumer or a business.

The T&Cs form an integral part of the purchase contract. Both the purchase contract and the T&Cs are concluded in the Czech language. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Czech version shall prevail.

II. Product Information and Prices

All information about products, their characteristics and prices is provided in the individual product listings in the online shop. Prices are stated inclusive of VAT and all statutory charges.

Product presentations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.

Shipping and packaging costs are stated during the checkout process. For deliveries outside the Czech Republic, shipping costs are governed by the current price list published in the online shop or by individual agreement.

Where a crossed-out original price is displayed, it refers to the lowest price at which the product was sold in the 30 days prior to the start of the promotion.

Discounts and promotions: Volume discounts and discount coupon codes may be combined where both are active for the relevant product. Other discounts may not be combined unless expressly stated for a particular promotion.

III. Order and Conclusion of Contract

The Buyer may place an order:

• via a customer account

• without registration using the order form

Before submitting the order, the Buyer has the opportunity to review and amend the entered details.

The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller via e-mail.

The Seller reserves the right to reject an order in the event of an obvious pricing error or unavailability of goods.

IV. Customer Account

The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the account. Access to the account is protected by a password. The Seller is not liable for its misuse by a third party.

V. Payment and Delivery Conditions

The following payment methods are available:

• bank transfer

• cash on delivery (available for deliveries within the Czech Republic only)

• credit or debit card via payment gateway

• online banking or QR code payment

• PayPal – available on individual request only; a processing fee will be added to the order total in such cases

Goods are dispatched upon receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed. A tax receipt is enclosed with the goods or sent electronically.

VI. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer)

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:

• goods manufactured or customised to individual customer specifications, ordered outside the online shop (e.g. by phone or e-mail)

Goods forming part of the standard offering of the online shop www.jesi-model.cz may be returned within 14 days without giving reasons, including models produced by the Seller, provided they are part of the standard shop inventory.

The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

Non-acceptance or return of a parcel

If the Buyer refuses to accept a cash-on-delivery parcel without justification, this does not constitute a withdrawal from the contract. In such a case, the Seller is entitled to reimbursement of the costs reasonably incurred in connection with the dispatch and return of the goods (outbound and return shipping).

For prepaid orders, in particular international orders, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In such a case, the Buyer must return the goods to the Seller. The Seller will refund the amount paid, less the actual outbound shipping costs, unless the Buyer is entitled to a refund of these costs under applicable law.

VII. Rights Arising from Defective Performance (Complaints)

The Buyer has the right to raise a complaint within 24 months of receipt of the goods. Complaints will be resolved within 30 days at the latest.

VIII. Communication

All communication takes place electronically via e-mail.

IX. Personal Data Protection

The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on the processing of personal data.

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase contract, processing the order and handling any complaints. The Seller does not share personal data with third parties, except for carriers and payment service providers necessary for order fulfilment.

The Buyer has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port their personal data. Detailed information on personal data processing is available on the Seller's website under the Privacy Policy section.

X. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority is competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (www.adr.coi.cz). Online dispute resolution: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

XI. Final Provisions

Legal relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Consumer rights arising from EU legislation remain unaffected.

In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Czech version shall prevail.

These T&Cs are effective from 1 January 2026.
